With 15 years experience in Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program management, Dr. John Cleveland can provide your transit agency, municipal, county or state government with all aspects of federal compliance with DOT requirements found in 49 CFR Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs.

•  Development of DBE three-year overall goal and individual project goals.
