ADA Eligibility for Complementary Paratransit Service

The course begins with a review of ADA paratransit criteria and then reviews ADA paratransit eligibility requirements. A variety of alternative eligibility determination processes are presented, with a focus on in-person interview and assessment options. It also presents trip-by-trip eligibility determinations and linking in-person assessments to travel training and other mobility management options. The one day version covers the following topics:
