Title VI and Environmental Justice Compliance

CCRC can provide the following services to your transit agency in support of compliance with FTA and Department of Transportation (DOT) Title VI and Environmental Justice requirements.
• Transit equity analyses on proposed service and fare changes using the guidelines in FTA Circular 4702.1B to identify and evaluate adverse and disproportionately high and adverse effects on minority and low-income populations.
• Development of FTA required Title VI Triennial Update Plans to include the development and analyses of system wide service standards and policies.
• Development of DOT required Limited English Proficiency Plans
• Completion of Environmental Justice analyses for all transit construction projects
• Development of public participation plans to promote the involvement of minority and low-income populations in proposed transportation decisions.
